One click. A proper PDF.

Some clients want a file they can forward to their team, save to a drive, or print for a meeting. Export any proposal to a polished PDF instantly — no reformatting, no layout breaking.

Pixel-perfect output

The PDF renders exactly as the online proposal looks. Same layout, same fonts, same colours. What you built is what you export.

One click from the dashboard

No settings to configure, no export wizard to navigate. Click Download PDF, and it’s there.

Generated on signing too

When a client accepts and signs, a PDF is generated automatically and emailed to both parties. You don’t have to do anything.

Branded, always

Your logo, colours, and fonts carry through to the PDF. It doesn’t look like a printout. It looks like a document you made.

Downloadable from the dashboard

Every generated PDF is stored in your account. Download it again any time from the proposal page.

Send it however you like

Email it directly, attach it to a message, upload it to a shared drive. The PDF is yours to do what you want with.

When does a PDF make sense?

The online proposal is almost always better — it’s interactive, it tracks views, clients can sign on screen. But some clients will ask for a PDF. Finance teams, procurement departments, clients who print everything.

The export is there for those moments. One click and you’re done.

The signed version is always available

Once a client signs, the PDF that’s generated includes the signature, the selected package, and the timestamp. It’s a clean record of exactly what was agreed.

That PDF lives in your dashboard and is also emailed to both parties the moment it’s generated. You’ll always be able to find it.
